We build executive communities, where C-Level decision-makers learn from each other, grow faster through the exchange of real-world experiences, and build long-term relationships. To this end, we bring together thousands of senior leaders (CHROs, CPOs, CEOs and more) for curated, confidential and invite-only networking experiences. Our current portfolio includes seven communities, each tailored to a specific audience of executives from renowned companies in various industries. Our goal is to welcome two million active members to our communities by 2034. 3 Summits

In 2025, we hosted three major summits, bringing together 150 senior decision-makers at each one, in top-notch venues such as Hotel Four Seasons Kempinski in Munich and Central Hall Westminster in London.

Each event featured high-impact on-stage interviews, thought-provoking workshops, extensive networking, and a memorable after-party.

200+ Meetups

Each month, our communities host around 15-20 exclusive gatherings in 15 cities across 7 countries, including Munich, London, Paris, Zurich, Vienna, Brussels, and Denver. These small-format meetups offer a unique space to connect peers and include peer-driven discussions about real-world challenges, and short expert talks on trending topics in a relaxed setting.
